Lynne Dupuis is the owner of LMDSolutions, a successful bilingual consulting business. She has become a trusted expert in the field of governance, strategic planning, evaluation procedures and project management.
As CEO of LMDSolutions, Lynne accredits her success to the many roles over the years: Director of operations at the Fédération des aînés et retraités francophones de l’Ontario, Senior Planner at the Francophone Planning Entity (RMEFNO), French Languages Manager for the North-East CCAC and Consultant for several health care organizations throughout the province. Throughout her career, Lynne has also gained extensive knowledge of the needs the Francophone population and offers her services in both official languages.
Lynne is an accredited Professional Director, and currently sits on the YES Theatre Board. She was previously on the Board of directors for Health Sciences North (HSN): VP of the Governance Committee and Member of the Audit Committee. She has also sat on the Greater Sudbury Utilities Board of Directors, and has been Past Chair of the Centre de santé communautaire du Grand Sudbury, Past Vice-Chair of Family Service Ontario and Past Chair of Sudbury Counselling Centre.
A self proclaimed governance geek, she has extensive knowledge in governance practices, in developing policies and procedures, in ensuring strategic directions and on focusing on 'the bigger picture' to support organizations thrive.
Her wish is that everyone feel confident in their roles so that they can thrive at whatever they choose to do!
Lynne holds a Master's degree in Applied Sociology from Laurentian University and the theoretical component of an Applied Sociology PhD from the University of Montreal.
