Lynne Dupuis, M.A.

Lynne Dupuis is the owner of LMDSolutions, a successful bilingual consulting business. She has become a trusted expert in the field of governance, strategic planning, evaluation procedures and project management.

Her experiences include Director of operations at the Fédération des aînés et retraités francophones de l’Ontario, Senior Planner at the Francophone Planning Entity (RMEFNO), French Languages Manager for the North-East CCAC and lead consultant for several health care organizations throughout the province. Lynne has gained extensive knowledge on the needs the Francophone population.

Lynne is an accredited Professional Director, and currently sits on the Board of directors for Health Sciences North (HSN) as well as Chair of the Governance Committee and Member of the Long Term Planning Committee. She is a member of the Greater Sudbury Utilities Board of Directors, as well as Yes Theatre and Past Chair of the Centre de santé communautaire du Grand Sudbury, Past Vice-Chair of Family Service Ontario and Past Chair of Sudbury Counselling Centre.

She has extensive knowledge in developing governance policies and procedures, ensuring strategic directions and focusing on 'the bigger picture'.

Lynne holds a Master's degree from Laurentian University and the theoretical component of an Applied Sociology PhD from the University of Montreal.

She has developed and taught courses such as Pratiques basées sur les données probantes at Collège Boréal and Gestion d’évènements at Université de Sudbury. This work helped sharpen her tools in project management, research methods, evaluation and data collection.
